SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
1. Substrate:
Site-cast concrete/cantilever slab (clean and sound)
2. Floor leveling:
PCI Pericret – Leveling compound to create a sloping layer (at least 1.5 %)
3. Waterproofing:
PCI Seccoral 2K Rapid – fast-setting special waterproofing slurry, applied in two layers
3A. Waterproofing tapes:
PCI Pecitape 120 – waterproofing tape for waterproof corner and perimeter joints
LAYING
4. Laying:
PCI Flexmörtel Premium – Flexible tile adhesive for ceramic tiles and natural stone, applied by the buttering-floating method
PCI Carrament grey + PCI Lastoflex – Medium-bed and bedding mortar for natural stones with the polymer-modified additive PCI Lastoflex, applied by the buttering-floating method
GROUTING
5. Grouting:
PCI Nanofug Premium – Multi-use, flexible joint grout for all tiles and natural stones
6. Joint sealing:
PCI Silcofug E – Elastic silicone sealant, acid-curing
